Access

Our venue, Daniels Spectrum, aims to be fully accessible for all patrons and participants. Accessibility features at the venue include wheelchair accessible theatres and lobbies, an elevator to all levels, automatic door openers, and accessible washrooms.

Service animals are welcome throughout the building.

We ask all patrons to be courteous of their fellow theatre-goers and to avoid the wearing of perfume, cologne and other scented products.

For wheelchair users: if you require a reserved wheelchair space, please note this at time of booking. Please also note if you will be accompanied by an attendant with whom you wish to sit.

ASL interpretation will be provided throughout the three days of the symposium. Please help us prepare by noting at time of registration if you will be using this service.

Patrons with specific needs are welcome to contact Associate Producer Sue Balint (suebalint@gmail.com) in advance of their attendance to discuss arrangements that will ensure their comfort and access. Advance site orientation visits for attendees can also be arranged.
